Um, with all due respect, I am mystified by the author’s naivete. “Housing crisis”, my foot. Why is CalWatchdog buying into this latest fabrication of the Big Government Utopians? This is the same kind of nonsense that scared almost everyone into believing we had/have a “health” crisis–enough so the utopians could talk Congress into passing Obamacare and out of getting rid of it. The reason housing prices are going up is because California is rolling out the red carpet for illegal aliens. It is not about where they come from, but how they get here that is the issue. They clog the bottom of the housing market so citizens are unable to find inexpensive places to rent or buy. And they are the ones that are having all the babies. The feminists haven’t brainwashed them into not having babies yet.
