Right, but it is expensive to lay under ground power - going all solar will help some folks. Part of the trouble is counties let people build in indefensible fire fighting spaces with poor access roads. In Placer county, around Auburn, there are old roads where two cars can not even pass.]]></description>

And to top that off sanctuary statehood sending a clear signal to the world come to CA we will protect no matter if you are an illegal immigrant.  
Sac and other cities are building homes for the homeless again telling the all of the US come here will we build you a house.
When is the bankrupcy coming to CA?  We are already there we are just being lied about how good it is here.
