In reply to Dot. There are so many things that could be done to help the situation of deserving blacks in this country. Unfortunately blacks cannot afford to donate their much needed money to politicians to motivate them to represent their interests. To make matters worse the democratic party is enabling illegal immigrants to take many jobs away from the black populace. I believe it would take a third political party who represent American citizens' needs over the political and extreme wealthy sector of society. We would all need to unite to ensure racism does not impact this party as it has deprived blacks of so many opportunities in the past.

Democratic Game Plan: First; chase existing corporations out of town with bad policies. Second; deter potential corporations from moving here. Third; lower existing workers taxes by allowing illegals to leverage wages downward. Allow non tax paying illegals easy access to state schools and social services. I am currently planning my escape to a less socialistic location where I can have a future.

So how come TX can build roads with raising gas taxes?
