Carly slimes Chuck
Although close campaigns get nasty at the end, I can’t think of a candidate who ever attacked an opponent’s actual military standing. But that’s what Carly Fiorina has done to Chuck DeVore.
DeVore lists on the ballot his occupation as “Assemblyman/Military Reservist.”
On her Twitter at 7:06 am on May 20, she tweeted:
. @chuckdevore predicted doubling in polls due to deceptive ballot title. It worked, but he’s still a distant third. @carlyforca in lead!
But the ballot title wasn’t deceptive at all. As this page notes, Chuck retired from the U.S. Army Reserve, which means he’s still a commissioned officer in the Reserve who can be called up at any time he’s needed.
I wonder why Carly even brought this up. Maybe it’s because she’s a part of the elite in America that has isolated itself from the rest of us, the Americans who actually join the military.
I remember learning about the status Chuck has when I was in the U.S. Army back in 1978-82. I wasn’t a lifer myself. But everybody knew that, if you retired from the military, they could call you back.
This even has been a controversy during the current Iraq War, as this article describes. The Federal Register announce in 2006:
It is DoD policy that military retirees be ordered to active duty as needed….
The DoD … shall plan to use as many retirees as necessary to meet national security needs.
Is that clear enough, Carly?

Here is another reason to NOT want Carly voted in. She is either too ignorant to know the validity of Chucks’ military claims or to dishonest to ‘allow’ them.
I hope fellow conservatives are watching very closely! We have an opportunity to propel a PRINCIPLED, HONORABLE, LEADER…CHUCK DEVORE…all the way to Washington, and the GOP-establishment tries to cram a shameful mean-sniping puppet like FioRINO down our throats. This doesn’t surprise me at all…they don’t get it, they don’t see what’s happening to our great nation…and they’re blindly charging ahead. Well FioRINO, you may not understand Military Service…but we do!
That’s disgraceful, as is Fiorina’s enthusiastic support of Jesse Jackson.
Fiorina was right. The writer of this erroneous missive, John Seiler, does not understand properly the California law on ballot job title nor military definition of retired.
As a retired Air Force Major and as a retired California Assemblyman I can tell you that California law requires your occupation to be your ballot title. The only military title that publicity seeking Chuck should use as an occupation is “Retired Reserve”. Oh! That did not sound good enough I guess so DeVore MISLEADINGLY called himself “military reservist” making it look like he is still in non-retired status.
So, DeVore, after misleading the voters with his falsely described occupation than whines about Fiorina attacking reservists. DeVore is the kind of politician that makes the political profession so embarassing.THIS RETIRED OFFICER SAYS DEVORE FORGOT HIS MILITARY DUTY TO TELL THE TRUTH and hooray for Fiorina to call him on it.
Ernie Konnyu, Former U.S. Congressman
The I-Caucus opposition research team uncovered some interesting things about Carly Fiorina.
“She is a member of the World Economic Forum. Just a small list of some of it’s members include the following, George Soros, Van Jones, Andy Stern, Valerie Jarrett, Al Gore, Maurice Strong. You’ll be hard pressed to find a conservative name among it’s members. In the pages of the research, we provide links to all of these members along with a brief statement about a couple areas that this World Economic Forum wants to achieve. Unless you’re a Progressive, you won’t get that warm fuzzy feeling for being a Global Citizen after going through that section of the research.
We also found, she is a Director for Revolution Health Group. Another company filled with conservative minds waiting to unleash their free market ideas and solutions. The vice chairman of the company is Franklin Raines, ex CEO of Fannie Mae, who walked away with $90 million while the company was going down the drain. Among it’s current and former directors are people who have worked on Al Gore’s, John Kerry’s and Hillary Clinton’s campaigns, we can’t forget Carly, she worked on McCain’s as well. Outstanding group of conservatives there. None of them won.
The research we put together is 16 pages.” You can find more info here http://venturacountyteaparty.ning.com/profiles/blogs/carly-fiorino-candidate-for
Carly is an elitist. All of her endorsements are D.C. insiders and most all are RINO’s. I wonder how McCain feels about her dissing DeVore’s military service. Palin’s son is in the military as well.
This all fits in with the new information of Carly being a member of the Progressive movement organization http://www.weforum.org. See the link:
http://venturacountyteaparty.ning.com/profiles/blogs/carly-fiorino-candidate-for for all the information. Carly Fiorina is a Globalist and a Progressive. She is NOT a conservative.
These are some of the members: “She is also linked with the World Economic Forum http://www.weforum.org, along with George Soros, Al Gore, BIll & Hillary Clinton, Maurice Strong, Franklin Raines, John Holdren, John Kerry and many more. This group appears to be all about global everything: government, healthcare, financial, technology, you name it.”
Let your friends know.
OK then. Here are a few (12) reasons why NOT to vote for Carly Fiorina:
1. She Supported Stimulus bill as McCain’s financial advisor (see http://bit.ly/3wmucd).
2. She Supported the Wall Street & TARP bailouts (see http://bit.ly/1G8qR0, http://bit.ly/igQJM).
3. She Called Sen. John Kerry’s Cap & Tax bill “praiseworthy” (Boxer agreed).
4. She Supported Sonia Sotomayor for Supreme Court (11/23/2009) (as did Boxer).
5. She is a closet radical feminist and supporter of Jesse Jackson.

6. She criticized AZ immigration law (before giving lukewarm support).
7. Before she was fired as the CEO of Hewlett-Packard, she allowed the company to sell technology to Iran while these sales were banned under US law.
8. While CEO of Hewlett Packard, HP donated to Barbara Boxer.
9. She wants to tax the internet, both incoming & outgoing saying it “needs regulating the wild, wild web” (7/7/2000).

10. She is endorsed by Olympia Snow, Susan Collins, and other squish/establishment republicans. She is a ‘John McCain/Arnold’ Republican.
11. Apparently the Packard Family (Hewlett Packard) does not hold her in high regard as they wrote a letter to some ‘establishment’ Republicans.
12. She is a member of the World Economic Forum along with other Progressives like George Soros, Van jones, Andy Stern etc.

ALL the people of CA should be aware of this deception of Carly! (and as most of us are aware, it is far from her only deception!)
I’m curious why no one has brought up the FACT that HP is under SEVERAL Federal Investigations – for ‘bribes’ in a deal with Russia – and for selling through one of their ‘offshore affiliates’ (which still benefits HP-and the CEO) to Iran – in VIOLATION of sanctions! All these occurred while Carly was CEO! People need to be made aware that she is not the cute little lily-white conservative she pretends to be! She has NOT been a “life-long conservative” – but chose that label when she decided to run!
#4, Mr. Konnyu: Well, I was in the military myself, four years in the U.S. Army, 1978-82. And it’s fine by me that Chuck lists himself as a “Military Reservist.” When I was in, they told us that, if you put in your time and retired, you were always on call. That’s why they gave you a half-pay pension and bennies after 20 years, meaning you could be just 38 if you enlisted or were drafted at 18.
And I had an uncle who was in the U.S. Navy and retired around 1937 as a chief petty officer. The day after Pearl Harbor they called Uncle Fred back up and he fought across the Pacific until Truman dropped the Big One on Hiroshima.
I also note that you have endorsed Carly: http://carlyforca.com/endorsements/
