i heard a commentary on the news that rolling blackouts will not happen though because the solar power generated in the deserts will sustain us.
Really? i highly doubt it now that the desert solar farms are losing money and are tied up in courts with environmentalists and indians.
here come higher rates. timely, just when summer rolls in.
