Breakfast of Champions
In a bit of irrational irony as only a politician can do, Lauren Hammond, currently a Sacramento City Councilwoman and running for Assembly (9th AD), is holding a fundraising breakfast called “Working families for Lauren Hammond.” For only $3900 supporters get to breakfast with Hammond… seems a little more expensive that an Egg McMuffin.
Real working families probably ate Corn Flakes this morning on their way out the door to work and school.
