Outsourcing of all non-essential government jobs is a huge tax saver. Check-out the Reason Foundation video on the new GA city of Sandy Springs, and their complete outsourcing of the entire city support services, minus police and fire. It’s claimed that they now pay about 60% of what the community used to pay Fulton County for those services, and the citizens are very happy with the quality of those services.
