“The worst is over the the California economy.” That statement cause a few raised eyebrows in the room. Interestingly, the overflow room did not fill up, but people are still trickling in.

He says we have no choice but to make more cuts, but he will protect education funding.

The Governor addresses California’s “out of whack” priorities. Such as — “Never again will we spend more on prisons than on higher education.” That is going to infuriate a union or two…
